My interest in fitnIMG_6071ess started after I tore my ACL senior year of high school. I started going to the gym in order to strengthen the muscles supporting my knee and speed my recovery. After experiencing physical therapy and going through the process to rehab my knee, I decided I wanted to pursue a career in therapy. I went to college at West Chester University and graduated with a degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Occupational Therapy. Throughout college I developed a huge interest in fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. I plan to go to graduate school to get my masters in Occupational Therapy in the near future.

I have experience trainingĀ a wide variety of populations. The biggest thing I stress to my training clients about exercise is to enjoy the process. There’s no such thing as attaining a goal overnight. The physical and mental benefits of exercise take time to achieve. Therefore, if I can get a client to enjoy each workout and to celebrate the small progressions they make, they can accomplish anything.
