			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>You can’t find a more cliché quote than that, yet it is remarkably powerful and true. It is especially powerful when it comes to fitness and weight loss. Why is that?</p>
<p>It is because the path to being lean and healthy is a long and grueling one. We all know this but why do so many quit before they achieve their ultimate goal? One word:<br />
Excuses</p>
<p>We all have them but what separates those who are fit and those who are not are the amount of excuses employed. Excuses are the easy way out and they are debilitating. “I had a long day at work”, “I am having marital and family problems”, “I am under the weather”, and “It costs too much money”. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So, you want to lose weight but my guess is this is not the first time you&#8217;ve tried, am I right? Most people who struggle with weight issues have tried repeatedly to lose their weight only to fail again and again. Many get to a place of resignation and stop trying falsely believing that it is difficult to lose weight.</p>
<p>Let me bust that myth right now. There is NOTHING difficult about losing weight! Yeah, maybe it takes some time and consistent effort but is is not difficult.</p>
<p>I have been helping people lose weight and reclaim their bodies since 1995.  Pay attention now because I am about to divulge my professional secrets to you for free!</p>
<p>First: Be proactive! I can almost hear your groans but hear me out please. What I mean is simple. You must plan your meals BEFORE you are hungry. If you wait until your blood sugar drops you are REACTIVE to the chemical changes in your body! Blood sugar dropping can cause cravings and extreme hunger that pushes your will power beyond it limits.</p>
<p>By planning your meals and knowing what you will eat ahead of time you take your will power out of the equation. Your good choice of what to eat has been made before your blood sugar drops.</p>
<p>Second:Eat 3 small meals and 2 to 3 snacks per day. By eating every few hours you again control your blood sugar levels. You will also maintain an elevated metabolic profile by eating small meals at regular intervals. Again, you should plan these ahead of time so you can make wise choices.</p>
<p>Third:(Normally I would talk about exercise here but this article focuses on diet only. I&#8217;m going to assume you are already getting regular exercise) What I&#8217;m going to tell you next is an absolute must for consistent weight loss.  I coach my clients and track their progress for accountability. If their progress stops I guarantee they have stopped doing this next crucial step. KEEP A FOOD JOURNAL and be accountable to someone to review it every week. </p>

The swine flu was formerly only contracted by pigs has caused a reported 150+ human deaths in Mexico, and cases are now being reported here in the U.S. and cases have been confirmed on every continent.</span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 16pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">   </span>The swine flu is a respiratory disease caused by type A influenza and is normally contained to pigs. Human outbreaks of the swine flu were first reported in March in California and Texas and have since spread to other states. Symptoms are similar to the regular human flu and it is thought to be spread in much the same way such as; coughing and sneezing, doorknobs, and various things that are handled by infectious people. Unfortunately, the first thirty–six hours of infection (the point at which most people are contagious) are often asymptomatic.</span></span></p>

Could happen ,right? AND… you just contracted the swine flu but don’t know it yet. Then you move over to the dumbbell rack, grab some 20lb dumbbells (25’s if there is a cutie nearby) and do three sets of curls. You, being the conscientious type, make sure to put the dumbbells back on the rack(just in time to see that cutie pick them up for a serious set of walking lunges-whew!). And guess what, you’ve just passed on the flu. Just like that! Now here comes that guy you know from..<em>somewhere</em>. You know the guy who <strong>always</strong> shakes your hand EVERYTIME you see him. <em>Put your hands in you pockets</em>, <em>quick</em>! ..too late…”good to see you too. Yeah, I’m fine, fine…how you doin?”. Bam, another swine flu victim.</span></span></p>

Or can a gym rat like you avoid the swine flu and not seriously disrupt your lifestyle? Of course, but you may have to be willing to try something new.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 16pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">   </span>Here are the steps to take to avoid the swine flu; 1.wash your hands-before and after your workout.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>2.Wipe down each piece of equipment before you use it. (most gyms have disinfecting towelettes available). 3.Bing a clean towel to wipe sweat from your eyes(be sure to keep the towel off of equipment during your workout. 4.Open your water bottle with your teeth, not your hands. 5. Cover your mouth if you sneeze or cough. 6.Eat right and get plenty of rest.</span></span></p>

Go for a hike, take a jog, or join a Fitness Boot camp! </span></span></p>
